We are EQuran.id, a platform that provides Islamic content and services for Indonesian users.
Our focus is on making authentic Islamic data easily accessible for developers and the wider community.

Your purpose in using this API:
We intend to use Sunnah/Hadith data to redistribute it in API format so it can be easily consumed by developers and third-party applications, particularly within Indonesia.
The API will be used for:
- Educational Islamic applications
- Developer tools and integrations
- Research and reference purposes
Our goal is to improve accessibility and standardization of Hadith data for the Indonesian developer ecosystem.
API rate limits:
Our usage pattern is primarily initial data ingestion, after which the data will be stored internally and served from our own infrastructure.
- Maximum requests per second: Low (only during initial data retrieval)
- Maximum requests per day: Low to moderate, mainly for synchronization or updates
We do not expect continuous high-frequency requests.
Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
Our use case is better served by programmatic API access, primarily for:
- Initial data retrieval
- Periodic updates or synchronization
After retrieval, the data will be stored and managed internally.
What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?
Primarily:
- Arabic
- English
- Indonesian (If Available)
Additional languages may be considered in the future if available.
