Configuration Dialog needs a close/submit event #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I did not find a possibility to close and submit the configuration menu
using a "submit button" other than clicking the "X" (Close) command. Many
users told me that this is not very intuitive and confusing. After
completing the Settings, the user wants to save them and not just click the
"X" which normaly intends to close the dialog without saving.
I guess its no big thing but would really increase usability.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
