I'm using the "csv" package on a UTF-8 file with double quotes as cell separators.

I'm using two double quotes ("") to escape the double quotes (") character.

Version 2.0.170 works perfectly, while version 2.0.205 has an error in handling this character.

I'm sorry, I changed the NuGet package. I switched from your Csv package to CsvHelper, which is very interesting because it offers attributes in the model code that allow you to declare the order and type of columns in the CSV file. Hello, After a failed migration attempt using CsvHelper (due to compilation issues in Release mode but not in Debug mode!), I had to revert to your Csv package. I then tested your last version of Csv (V2.0.217) and it works correctly. Thank you for the fix!
