Pandas Dataframe index not saved

spotfire.sbdf.export_data does not appear to save pandas data frame index data to SBDF files. Perhaps we could save the index information to an extra column and put in metadata to indicate that it is index information.

Code to reproduce issue:

Adding to this, same is true for pandas.Series. That metadata is also lost when exporting.

series_1 = pd.Series(

)

spotfire.sbdf.export_data(
    series_1,
    os.path.join(TGT_DIR, file_path)
)

series_2 will be a pandas.DataFrame with indices 0..9
