Constraints referential actions

SQL:2003 specifies 5 different referential actions:

CASCADE
RESTRICT
NO ACTION
SET NULL
SET DEFAULT

Besides, it would be good to have :on_update and :on_delete specification of such actions.

I don't know about MySQL 5.1 but as far as I know, MySQL 5.0 doesn't support any of those. Either we'd have to figure out a version detection code, or just force everyone to use MySQL 5.1 (if they are using constraints). I am working on PostgreSQL stuff now, so I'm not too well versed with this, what do you suggest?

MySQL 4.1/5.0/5.1 (according to docs) supports RESTRICT | CASCADE | SET NULL | NO ACTION (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/innodb-foreign-key-constraints.html).

Definition of "SET DEFAULT" is recognized, but rejected.

I think first four statements could be used freely.

Maybe the people I was merging in code from were lazy or something, it wasn't implemented in there. Or the articles I read were wrong. But this makes it easier, not harder to support since I wouldn't have to add funky overrides.

I'll go ahead and implement this, at least, as far as what is in the PostgreSQL side of things to bring it up to par. You'll have to report bugs though since I won't be using it. You know how it is, no matter how well you test it, there are always going to be something that pops up when you actually use it. Alternatively, you can fork mine's and submit patches.
