PHPUnit ^6.0 should be supported

What?

• Add PHPUnit 6.0 support
• Possibly end a support of PHPUnit 4.8

Why?

As per official PHPUnit website (https://phpunit.de/):

• PHPUnit 6.0 is current stable release since February 3, 2017
• PHPUnit 5.7 is the old stable release series.
• PHPUnit 4.8 is no longer supported.

Would it be possible to add ^6.0 support?

I'll test compatibility with phpunit v6 in the near future. Is there an open source repo currently using phpunit v6+ that you would me to also test against?

I've pushed a phpunit_v6 branch that takes into account the backward compatibility issues of PHPUnit 6+ and ran this repo's self-tests with different PHP and PHPUnit versions.

Before merging the phpunit_v6 branch, I would prefer to know it works for other (hopefully complicated) PHPUnit version 6+ test suites. Can you try using this branch with your private repo?

@petrkotek, I changed the reporter to be compatible with PHPUnit 6+ && <6 as well as PHP 5.3 to 7. Test out the phpunit_v6 branch at your convenience.

Turned out, we need to upgrade few more packages to PHPUnit 6 at the same time.

Note: we've been running Solano tests with a success with https://github.com/petrkotek/solano-phpunit/tree/phpunit_v6 branch and with PHPUnit 6 for some time now.
