Description
Quantum PHP Framework currently includes translation files for English, Russian, and Armenian. We want to simplify and modernize the localization setup by keeping only English and adding Spanish as the second supported language.
Tasks
- Remove all existing translation files for Russian and Armenian.
- Ensure English translations remain the default base language.
- Create complete Spanish translation files for all existing static texts and system messages.
- Verify that all keys are consistent across both languages (no missing or outdated keys).
