Account dropdown should not stay open when clicking outside of it

**Describe the bug**
Account stays open when clicking outside of it.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Click on the account icon
2. Click anywhere else, or navigate to new page
3. See error: The dropdown stays open

**Expected behavior**
Dropdown should close when clicking anywher other than on itself.
