Clear show upload status of drones on certain events

As the upload show dialog is being enhanced in issues #74 and #83, there is yet another related UX issue emerging: the show upload status of individual drones remains in "completed" state or actually whatever state even if the show content to upload changed. The show upload status of all drones should actually be reset to initial value in the following cases:

• on loading a new show
• on adapting a show with the new show adapt tool
• on changing the show origin or show orientation (from the show control panel or by dragging it on the map)
• on changing amsl/ahl altitude reference for a show, or changing the explicit AMSL reference value
• on changing geofence params or the geofence poly (manually on the map or from the geofence dialog)
• on changing the show mapping of certain drones (in this special case only those show ID status indicators need to change that got new physical ID as the show data for the rest remains unchanged)
• anything else I did not think about :)
