Discussion on model card default template

Opening the discussion to change the default template (if we should do that).

As is, the sections are very lopsided: on the one hand, there are a lot of subsections inside of Model description, on the other hand, there are a lot of top level sections without any subsections. It's not exactly "balanced"

And I agree, I think there's a lot of redundant sections too especially at the end, e.g. citations
