Instead of Environment.NewLine should always be CRLF? "\r\n"

This wouldn't work for someone working on Mac/Linux. At most it should be an option to specify for cases where you deploy CSVs directly, rather than using them in development only, but we've never done that because it would make the game trivial to alter.

This has the same dynamics as #10 in that in development you want to use the local dev environment so that anything they create in CSV works in their environment, but for deployment you'd want to set that to a constant to match, regardless of where the game is deployed.

I'm not working on this library anymore because I don't use Unity anymore. I suggest forking for your use and a PR is welcome if you make this an option.
