Suggest deactivation of Immich Tasks for large libraries

When loading large libraries Immich will start it's own task processes like Face recognition. That can put the processor at 100% and make Immich-go start failing.
I would like to suggest adding this information to the repository readme or, even better, inform the user when a large library is detected.

I had this problem with a library of 7k images and 1.3k videos
