Where is the "Add Header" option in Sublime Text 3.1.1

I am using Sublime Text 3.1.1 on OSX, and tried to follow your instructions, but I am unable to locate the "Add Header" option on the sidebar menu when I right click on a file, and I also can't find it in the drop down menu on the tabs at the top. I verified that FileHeader is installed correctly (I installed it through PackageControl).


Could you advise?
