Hello,
I downloaded a zip file, started the installation of libfdk-aac1_0.1.6-1_armhf.deb and everything went smoothly. After that, I tried to install Stremio-4.4.142-armhf-32-bit but received the following message: Failed to install file, a package could not be found that allows the action to complete. More information is available in detailed report. Do you happen to know what the problem might be? I'm using PI 4, Buster version

Try to clone & build it, you wont face the missing libs error
