Breaks UNSUNG Chinook Helo

UNSUNG Chinook is on the ground with the engines off when you attach cargo.  The rear rotor of the UNSUNG Chinook breaks/100% damaged when you start the engines and you have cargo attached.

Would this be an ASL issue or an UNSUNG Chinook issue?
