When I run ./s4_start.sh I got WARN message as follows.
log4j:WARN Continuable parsing error 41 and column 23
log4j:WARN The content of element type "log4j:configuration" must
match "(renderer_,appender_,plugin_,(category|logger)_,root?,
(categoryFactory|loggerFactory)?)".
According to the url (http://old.nabble.com/Problem-on-including-DTD-
entity-in-a-log4j-configuration-file-td26359274.html), you should put
appender element before logger element in log4j.xml.
