sometime casue CTD

I have some isues, sometime when I load the game casue the CTD(and before CTD the FPS is very lowly). but if I disable then and reload game once, exit game enable then and reload game agin, this time is fine, anyone can help me?

game version is 1.6.1170, and just two plugin depend then(creature framework,SSSO 3)
