Datadog dashboard linked on Testing CI page broken

The Datadog dashboard linked on the Testing CI page doesn't work for me. The page loads, but shows no data.

I couldn't find any other information about the dashboard, other than PR #2167 by @marcoieni adding the link to the docs.

Should the dashboard be fixed, or should this section be removed from the docs?

let's remove the section from the docs. Unfortunately DataDog is not sponsoring that anymore and it's very expensive to pay out of pocket :(
