Two RIs and OIs

Apparently people can have multiple RIs and OIs and the reference will list both, this inflates the addresses becaseu it effectively doubles the references everytime theres another RI or OI to match up unique combos.

Currently not sure the best way to handle this, rewrite the whole thing to understand this difference or just force choose the first RI and OI.

Yikes. How big a problem is this? This is quite interesting, I wonder if ORCID itself has looked into it?
