Clarification on realms when using frodo config export on a p1aic tenant

frodo config export and frodo config import will attempt to export and import data into both alpha and bravo realms as well as the root realm
Unless it is run with the proper syntax
Customers should be made aware that if using the tool on a identity cloud tenant there is no access to data in the root realm
