whenever i run the program, it just looks down and breaks blocks under me

A few things might be the problem. Have you toggled "Direct Input" In the Minecraft controls menu? is your upper body completely in the frame of the webcam? Is the webcam you're using the default webcam?

Also happens to me, it gets jittery, looks below and breaks blocks, I have raw input on.

Well is the webcam that you'd like to use the default webcam? Is your full upper body including head, shoulders, arms, and hands included in the frame? If both of these are true you could adjust the sensitivity as labeled in the README.md
