[Enhancement] improve docs, README, delete current state of the Wiki project's place

Problem

As the title says, given that this project is not that big, proper README should be more than enough, rather than having seperate Wiki page

Solution

moving info out from wiki, creating new, reorganised README and so on

TO-DO:

• move things from Wiki to README file
• if possible, make it more descriptive
• if possible, include some more real-life xamples
