a way to edit / delete procedure?

is there a way to have options drop down from holding the name of procedure, so that it would come up with options to edit or delete that procedure from the list. preferably asking the user to note that all histories related to that would be deleted and to confirm? (would be linked with the server?)

Think this might be an important function for new users who are just getting used to the app?

In the interest of getting something out to the users, I would say that we need to keep functionality to a minimum. Deleting records server side is a little complex due to the aggregations of the data. Can we please leave this for a later version.

yh, leaving it for later versions would be reasonable.
