edit / delete procedure function

no sure if there is an edit / delete function on the app? just in case the user accidentally add a procedure or comment that they didnt want.

Nice feature,

will try to add it in 1.3, I am planning to enhance the UI in 1.2

delete will be available for there are no comments associated for the
procedure.
