[Feature Request] Include "internal" share

Hey, thanks for your work :) the use case I would like to describe would be:

• the service is running on server X
• I got data I want to share with somebody on server X

Current workflow (at least to my limited knowledge):

• I download data from server X to client Y
• I upload data via the WebUi from client Y to server X

What I hope for would be:

• I can point to the data within server X

Possible solutions:

• Copy the data into the data folder, will be scanned periodically, links can be configured via admin UI
• "Create share" CLI command that ingests data, takes config parameters and returns link(-s)

as far as I know, this project is no longer being developed.
So you want to share data within a server? Why don't you create a shared folder with appropriate rights?
