i18n app localization

A user asked if we could provide translations. Seems like the solution is expo-localization and either i18n-js or react-i18next + i18next.

I can help with implementation, and brazilian portuguese translations!

I have used react-i18next before and its good.

My recommendation is to build out a typography component, that accepts a child of text, and an optional id for i18n. This way, you can migrate slowly to i18n. Otherwise, it can be a lengthy and expensive process.
