Advertise buildH

I create this issue to gather a few places where we can advertise buildH. Here are a few ideas:

• First, we are cited on the NMRlipids blog ;
• It'll be a priori cited in some future NMRlipids papers ;
• We can add a link on our personal web page ;
• We can publish a post on this GROMACS forum web page dedicated on third-party tools

Don't hesitate if you have other ideas!
