Users often link the wrong Discord account

I've ran into the situation surprisingly many times where a user unknowingly links the wrong Discord account when using osu.place Link.

This could be resolved by modifying the final "success" screen which currently looks like this:

Ideally, it should be updated to show the name, handle, and profile picture of both your osu! account and Discord account. This way, if someone linked the wrong account on either side, they can be aware of this and unlink it.

Additionally, there should be a link at the bottom "Linked the wrong accounts? Unlink"

This should hopefully combat the issue and at least make it easier to debug

Additionally, we could add a admin panel (configure Discord users who have access to it through envvar) which lets you look up by username, osu! ID, or Discord ID. Though, not sure this will be necessary if we add the changes to the success screen (as then we can simply ask for a screenshot of the success screen)

Oh and we should force Discord to always show the OAuth screen (never opaquely SSO) this should already happen:
