Add gameplay mods translation possibility on archives

I viewed these days in the game and in the language files, and i decided to ask here why we don't can modify gameplay mods information to other languages.

Only mod descriptions should be localizable. The name should stay as is since it pertains information with regards to the mod's acronym and is commonly used as an identification by players.

That being said, the answer to this issue is simply because the description strings are hardcoded and making everything localizable takes significant effort.

And you can add an string to translate "Language" on settings? I checked and it don't have one.
