Add in Dedicated Outdoor Air System which can link to other AirLoops

Enhancement Request

There exists an object in Openstudio and EnergyPlus to link AirLoops together to be used when for example an air handling unit is fed outside air by another dedicated outside air air handling unit. This functionality doesn't currently exist in the OpenStudio App and causes limitations in simulation when air handling units are linked together in reality.

Ideally, the user should be able to add and link together air handling units in the application.
