IVA - AF 0.01 was truncated to 0.0 in population allele frequency filter #242
Description
When I used the left-side filter: "POPULATION FREQUENCY
Select Population Frequency
1000 Genomes
gnomAD Genomes ALL [ 0.01] and "search" button.
The resulting table header shows:
" FILTERS ... populationFrequencyAlt: GNOMAD_GENOMES:ALL< 0.0", then no variant passed the filtering.
