Usability improvements

Several usability improvements requested are:

• add examples and autocomplete functionality in welcome page, show "not results found" and convert IDs to upper case
• make About section configurable to allow the 'menu' or 'button toolbar' mode
• add a tooltip to "Phenotypes"
• add clear to "Consequence Types"
• add ability to search for coordinates on the welcome page
• add Popular section to biotype dropdown
