[Feature Request] GTK3 or GTK4 Update #1
Description
Hi, I use volwheel on my openbox desktop. It's pleasant and simple. There are a few oddities, like the default channel being called 'PCM" instead of 'Master' by default, but nothing that makes unpleasant.
However GTK2 is long since dead and I was hoping that volwheel could continue to live on in modern repositories by moving to modern dependencies.

Would you be willing to move volwheel to gtk3 or 4 instead of 2?

If not, would you accept a PR of a gtk3 or 4 version if someone else did it?

And more generally, would you accept more complicated ("bloated") PRs for things like auto-channel detection and pipewire/pulse support?
