lightbar command not working

installed dualsensectl-git via aur, set up the udev rules, then tried sudo dualsensectl -d 14:3a:9a:55:01:d6 lightbar off but nothing happened. am i doing something wrong? im just trying to turn my dualsense LED off. dualsensectl -l gives

i should've mentioned that i initially didn't, sorry. didn't work either way. should also mention im using a dualsense edge

EDIT: it seemed to work with a normal dualsense, except for the white light below the touchpad. so i guess it's an edge specific issue

thanks for the assist. is there any data i can maybe provide that might help you fix it? or do you not want to provide support for edge (which is understandable, idk how different they are internally) also is there a dimming option specifically for that white LED? would be nice to have it be very faint just in case i need to know whether it's actually on or not, but not so bright that it's annoying

@cerroverb Edge is very similar to the regular. Check if https://ds.daidr.me works for you, then we can work over the differences.

Brightness control works for the entire device only, there's no separate setting for the player leds.

Set lightbar off then you can lightbar R G B [0-255].
This is more or less a duplicate of #12 by the way . . .
