Remove Harbor from landing page https://notaryproject.dev/

Hello all, 

For many years, Harbor stopped supporting Notary since https://github.com/goharbor/harbor/releases/tag/v2.6.0 release in 2022.

It would make sense to remove or correct that statement to Notary V2, since we get quite a few questions in the community as Docker still signes with V1.
