Support AWS inferentia

New hardware support: AWS has their own chip for AI, inferentia:https://aws.amazon.com/ai/machine-learning/inferentia/

we'd like to measure its energy consumption during inference, and use carbontracker for that.

Do you have access to such hardware ?

I'm not sure they expose electricity power consumption.

I see in https://awsdocs-neuron.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/latest/tools/neuron-sys-tools/neuron-sysfs-user-guide.html that the files in /sys/devices/virtual/neuron_device/stats/power* may give some informations.

Can you have a look ?
