Hi folks, it looks like the API documentation usage for WaitForResponseAsync is a duplicate of RunAndWaitForResponseAsync, both are under https://playwright.dev/dotnet/docs/api/class-page#page-wait-for-response.

Actual usage appears in main Network docs.

A similar issue has also been raised in the playwright-dotnet repo microsoft/playwright-dotnet#2469
Happy to look at fixing this if needed.
