BC Telemetry App: Connection window is not rendering required fields #301
Description
I am not sure whether this is connected to #291, but I too got the prompt to reconnect. When I did, the connection window popped up, but essential fields are not rendering, thus preventing me from completing the connection.
I have tried this on different browsers and in incognito mode. The result is consistent.
The first bit seems normal:
But then when you scroll down, the rest - including the assistance link are not rendering
This means the Next stays disabled and I cannot proceed.
