Fix helm repository #2
Description
The helm chart for this lab is being hosted at https://microservices-api.github.io/kubernetes-microprofile-lab/lab-artifacts/helm-chart/repository, using GitHub's support got hosting static content.
It seems that in recent ICP versions the helm chart is not being correctly displayed via the catalog, i.e. we get an empty chart.
