Contact details outdated

The mailing list link at http://www.metaborg.org/en/latest/source/support.html#getting-help currently links to a Google Groups page which does not appear to be available anymore.

There is also a link to a Slack group, however it requires sending a message to get an invite, but no contact details are provided for this purpose.
