Wrong link for exhibits on dev #822

Describe the bug
The dev environment is creating Exhibition links that don't contain "dev."
To reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'dev.jandig.app'
- Create an Exhibition
- Open the Exhibition
Expected behavior
It should show a link in the format https://dev.jandig.app/EXHIBITION
