Support the ability to create a virtual address from page table offsets. 

The current process for converting page table offsets to virtual addresses is extremely tedious, and there is a need for a simpler way. This feature could be inserted directly in the virtual address impl or could be better suited for the paging module, but I currently think the latter would be more appropriate.
