«QGIS»-friendly icons

Hi.

By adding fill and stroke definition, the icons could be made «QGIS» friendly. It adds possibility to changed both filled and stroke colours.

To proof the concept, a bash script based on 'sed' was created. Two sets of icons was generated – normal and with reverse colour scheme.
