WowUp stopped working today

I was trying to update my UI addon just a few hours ago in preparation for our raid tonight but the WowUp update manager apparently has been blocked by CurseForge/OverWolf from access.  All my addons except for my Vuhdo healing addon were grayed out and marked as inactive.
