Option to disable shop items

Hello, 

I was wondering if there was a way to disable certain items from appearing in the shop. I tried editing the config file for ores for example, removing raw ores just to test. Though, it seems even removing those lines, the items still appear in the shop. Is there another specific way of disabling an item?
