Cannot draw overlapping different colour arrows and then just remove one

To reproduce:

• Draw a green arrow
• Draw .e.g, a blue arrow (cmd/alt) over it
• Remove the blue arrow (by doing cmd/alt and drawing over).
• Both arrows are gone.

Ideally at the end of these steps, the green arrow should remain.
