Command to reset channel mute states to module default? #72

There is no key to do this, currently; I don't know if it's necessary, but if anyone wants it, it should be relatively easy to add. While xmp_channel_mute does not support a special value to reset the mute state to its default, this can be achieved by iterating mod.xxc and checking the mute flag.
