Missing 1.0.3 Base Library update

It seems these binds have not been updated for the 1.0.3 you released in March. Would it be possible to get this updated or for me to submit a PR to attempt to update it?

Sorry for a late response. Yes, I haven't update it because I don't remember any significant features in 1.0.3. Is there anything specific that you need?

If so feel free to send a PR, hopefully an upgrade won't be that difficult. If not I'll do it myself next week.
