Inconsistencies from analysis

Currently, we have the following inconsistencies (I analysed batch 1 (before the latest correction, which is still ongoing), 2, 3 and 4):

1. 0, 7 and 8 are obvious
2. 3 has been answered in post-correction validation #46 -> class
3. 2 is discussed in Overlapping annotations #48 (please answer there)
4. 5 and 6 is discussed in Expand the me_method to certain instruments/tecniques? #49
5. 1 was already discussed in the past
6. 4 I corrected Co oxide is a <class> based on previous discussions
