pg_stat_statements blk_read_time missing since PG 17

Can not pgcenter record and view stats because of

ERROR: column p.blk_read_time does not exist (SQLSTATE 42703)

blk_read_time has been replaced with
shared_blk_read_time and local_blk_read_time

As seen in

I stumbled on the same issue...and did a quick-fix in here: https://github.com/kmoppel/pgcenter/tree/postgres-v17-compatibility

But for a proper PR the linter config needs updating as golangci-lint flags don't work anymore and tests need updating, don't have sadly time for it now..

For anyone who stumbles into this, the above commit is great but didn't fix other compatibility issues I've had. For example, the query report is empty. So more work needs to be done to update this great tool.
